- Education in microelectronics, devices and materials
Workshop topics in particular:
- Fundamental Studies, New Materials, Cells and Modules,
- Wafer-Based Silicon Solar Cells and Materials Technology,
- Thin Films Solar Cells: thin-film Silicon, CdTe, CIGS,
- Organic-based PV,
- Concentrator-based PV,
- PV Modules, Balance of System Components, Engineering and System Integration,
- Grid-connected and Off-grid PV Systems.
As with previous years each session will be introduced by distinguished invited
speakers giving an overview presentation on a related field.

TECHNICAL AND PRESENTATION DETAILS
REGULAR PAPERS:
Regular papers are limited to 6 A4 pages, according to the format given.
Oral presentation is limited to 10 minutes, while 5 minutes are reserved for
discussion.
INVITED PAPERS:
Invited papers are limited to 10 A4 pages, according to the format given.
Oral presentation is limited to 35 minutes, while 10 minutes are reserved
for discussion.
PRESENTATION HARDWARE:
Slide projector and a PC.
