60th International Conference MIDEM

From October 1 to 3, 2025, the 60^predavatelj International Conference on Microelectronics, Electronic Components and Materials (MIDEM) was held at the Jožef Stefan Institute. The conference, organized by the professional society for Microelectronics, Devices, and Materials, MIDEM, brought together over 60 participants who presented more than 50 conference contributions, including eight invited lectures. A special highlight of the conference was the presentation of secondary school students’ research projects. The academy marking the 60^predavatelj edition of the conference was attended by the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, Dr. Igor Papič.  The conference included a workshop on renewable energy sources and energy management. The participants had the opportunity to visit the exhibition on energy at the Milan Čopič Nuclear Training Centre.
